1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pakgem ("pakgem", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pakgem.org. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person accessing any feature of the pakgem platform, whether or not a registered account holder.

Your continued use of pakgem following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pakgem reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and changes become effective upon publication to the website.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on pakgem, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pakgem applies a strict 21+ age policy across all games, betting markets, and promotional activities. This is non-negotiable and non-waivable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pakgem or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be accessing pakgem from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited under local law. It is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pakgem platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual person may open and maintain only one (1) active account on pakgem. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited at pakgem's sole discretion.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of deposits.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pakgem will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pakgem immediately by contacting our support team. pakgem is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on pakgem are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash Deposit as available at the time of your transaction. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated on the deposits page.

pakgem processes deposits in good faith and is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are solely your responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, wagering requirement completion. pakgem reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

pakgem targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the withdrawal page. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed deadlines. pakgem is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or regulatory compliance holds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pakgem is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. pakgem reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Deposits may not be made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by pakgem are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include but are not limited to:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• pakgem reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have no monetary value until wagering requirements are satisfied and are not transferable between accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game category on pakgem — including sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and instant-win products — is governed by its own specific rules published within the respective game or product section of the platform. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communications failure during a game round, pakgem reserves the right to void any affected bets or game outcomes and to refund the relevant stake to the player's account balance. pakgem's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

Bets placed and accepted by the platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for the relevant market. It is the player's responsibility to verify bet details prior to confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakgem platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by pakgem.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakgem staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming

pakgem is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pakgem provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, accessible at any time through your account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without pakgem's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgem, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pakgem platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings or wagers due to system outages, technical errors, or third-party failures.
• Loss or corruption of account data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features.
• Any inaccuracy in published odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms that results from a bona fide technical error, subject to pakgem's obligation to remedy such errors promptly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pakgem's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pakgem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using pakgem, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pakgem implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as entirely secure, and pakgem cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

12. Termination & Suspension

pakgem reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory compliance requirements, or at pakgem's sole operational discretion.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pakgem support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification completion.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pakgem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pakgem will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the pakgem platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pakgem's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the pakgem platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of pakgem's operating jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting pakgem support with full details of your complaint. pakgem will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 20 business days.
