2.3 Financial Transaction Data

pakgem records all deposit and withdrawal transactions associated with your account, including amounts in PKR, timestamps, payment method used (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, or Cash Deposit), and transaction reference numbers. We do not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials.

pakgem retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable legal, regulatory, tax, and audit obligations. In general terms:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AML and KYC regulatory standards.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in line with financial record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming activity records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity.
• Customer support communications are retained for up to two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless required for ongoing dispute resolution.

11. Minors & Age Restriction

pakgem enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We do not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If pakgem becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with the underage individual will be deleted, and any deposits made will be returned through the original payment method subject to verification.

If you believe that a minor has registered on the pakgem platform, please notify us immediately at the contact address in Section 15. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to restrict access to online gaming platforms on devices used by minors.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The pakgem platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and identity verification providers. When you interact with these third-party services, their own privacy policies govern the collection and use of your data. pakgem is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting personal information through their interfaces.

13. International Data Transfers

pakgem's platform and infrastructure may involve the storage or processing of data in locations outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, pakgem ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard consistent with this Policy. These safeguards may include contractual data protection clauses, standard contractual provisions, or equivalent data transfer mechanisms applicable to our operating jurisdiction.

By using pakgem, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in locations outside your country of residence, subject always to the protections described in this Policy.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

pakgem reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, pakgem will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this Policy will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the pakgem platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
